Before COVID, stress and lifestyle disease were the epidemics of our time with 18.5% suffering from a mental health problem (including anxiety, OCD, depression, addiction etc).
These days, more people are more stressed more of the time. Having tools and strategies at your fingertips to effectively manage stress and overcome anxiety is a key life-skill.
Learning outcomes – Participants will:

- Have a Toolbox to Overcome / deal with anxiety and stress
- Experience and Learn Relaxation techniques
- Know How to support students that are stressed / anxious

- Know how to foster personal and collective empowerment to overcome mental health challenges
- Develop an Action Plan

Calodagh is an accredited master practitioner in Wellbeing. She delivers wellbeing programmes to Corporates, Public Sector Bodies and the Education Sector. Clients include Danone, the IRFU, Bank of Ireland, the INMO, Press Up Entertainment and Wexford, Limerick and Waterford Education Centres.
