We have to stop asking people to DO more. We have to give them a chance to BE more.
The current VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) climate in schools is placing increasing pressure on everyone to continuously solve problems.
Learning how to take a coaching approach can drastically reduce the pressure on people to always have to supply the answer.
Educators are hard wired to 'fix' things. We need to remove this burden. By developing the three fundamental coaching skills of listening, questioning and offering feedback, we can significantly increase the number of solution focused conversations that occur in our organisation and learn to dialogue in a way that allows us to come to a wisdom together that we cannot come to individually.
Learn practical, applicable and school specific ways to do this.
