A friendly and relaxed 6-week series designed to help educators use Irish with confidence in everyday situations — from school corridors to community settings. Each class focuses on real-life communication, pronunciation, and cultural insights through fun, interactive activities.
- Mé féin agus Comhrá Gineareálta – Introducing yourself, greetings, and small talk
- An Scoil agus an Obair Laethúil – Talking about school, students, and your role
- Sa Bhaile agus sa Phobal – Describing home life and local places
- Laethanta Saoire agus Caitheamh Aimsire – Holidays, hobbies, and interests
- Ag Tabhairt Tuairimí agus Ag Lorg Cabhrach – Asking for help, giving opinions, making suggestions
- Agallamh Beirte & Ceiliúradh – Paired conversations and cultural celebration
By the end of this 6-session course, participants will be able to:
- Hold a simple, confident conversation in Irish about familiar topics
- Use key everyday phrases for greetings, introductions, and small talk
- Understand and respond appropriately in short spoken exchanges
- Apply basic grammatical patterns naturally in conversation
- Appreciate Irish as a living language of identity and community
