Facilitator: Elisse O’Donnell
Elisse is a primary school teacher with over 15 years of experience in mainstream education. She has a long-standing passion for health and wellbeing, which has guided much of her professional development. After completing a Fitness Certificate with the NCEF at the University of Limerick, Elisse taught a range of fitness classes including HIIT, spin, and weight training. She later completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Leading Workplace Health and Wellbeing at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Drawing on this expertise, Elisse has delivered Croke Park wellbeing seminars titled WellEducate, designed to empower teachers with the skills they need to thrive both personally and professionally. Elisse is currently pursuing a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Through this programme, she is gaining valuable wellbeing frameworks and insights, which she actively applies to enrich her own personal wellbeing and enhance her professional practice.
